An Ohio native, Rachel now resides in Jessamine County. She is currently an undergraduate student at Asbury University. She is graduating in May with a major in Equine-assisted services and a psychology minor. She is getting married in May and moving to Lexington. She looks forward to completing her practicum with CAFCA

Kelly has a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies from Eastern Kentucky University and is currently pursuing her Master’s of Social Work at Campbellsville University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, family, and friends, as well as reading whenever she can.
Kyla is a Michigan native earning her Bachelors degree in Social Work at Asbury University and plans to graduate this Spring. After graduating, she anticipates achieving her MSW through the University of Kentucky, with an emphasis on clinical mental health. In her free time, Kyla enjoys going on walks and listening to music. She is very excited to be working with CAFCA this Spring!

Having grown up in southeast Asia, Marissa is now earning her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Equine-Assisted Services at Asbury University. She is completing her senior year practicum at CAFCA and hopes to pursue a graduate degree.

Bryanne will earn her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Equine-Assisted Services from Asbury University in May 2026. After graduating, she intends to take a gap year before pursuing a PhD in Counseling Psychology. When not working or taking classes, Bryanne loves hiking and spending time with her horse, Phoenix.
Crickett earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Miami International School of Art and Design. She is currently a graduate student at Eastern Kentucky University working on a master’s in clinical mental health counseling. After graduating, Crickett intends to pursue certification in Art Therapy and plan to work with children on the autism spectrum. Crickett is married, has two sons, a great pyrenees, a husky mix, and a bunny.

Estera is a Senior at Asbury University, majoring in Equine Assisted Services with a minor in Psychology. She has a huge heart for people and a desire to show them the love of Jesus! After Asbury, Estera is planning to complete her Masters in Social work at the University of Kentucky on her way to becoming a licensed clinical social worker that incorporates horses into therapy.
