Linda worked in Pharmacy for 19 years as a CPHT. She is married with two daughters, one son, and two grandchildren. She enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with my family.
Kasidy graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies and a minor in Psychology. She is now pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from EKU. After graduation, she is interested in becoming a child counselor focusing on Play Therapy.

Vickie Barnett has worked with CAFCA for over 20 years and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Charlotte came to work for CAFCA in March 2017 with extensive experience with medical billing. She has been married to her husband, Donnie for 36 years and they have two children (Sarah and Austin) and three grandchildren (Gerhardt, Hanlie and Ian). She enjoys spending her spare time with her grandchildren, golfing and relaxing by the pool.
Alisha worked in the medical billing field previously and has served as a billing specialist with CAFCA for the past several years. She enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her son Jackson and working with her church.
Amy graduated from Lindsey Wilson College with a B.A. in Human Services and Counseling in 2021. She is now pursuing a Master of Education in Counseling. Amy interned with CAFCA in 2021 as an undergraduate student, works for CAFCA as a Documentation Specialist, and has returned for her graduate internships. She is married with thirteen children and one grandbaby. Amy enjoys working out and watching her kids play sports.
Michelle graduated from Sullivan Business College in Office Management and has worked as an Administrative Assistant and Medical Office Assistant. She is married with three daughters and enjoys church, mission work, gardening, hiking, theater, group fitness classes, traveling, exploring, recycling and upcycling.
Kathy is a lifelong resident of Mercer County and has worked in a medical setting for more years than she cares to admit to. She is the mother of one son and enjoys spending time with him, gardening. Kathy is a woman of faith and attends Bruner's Chapel Baptist Church.
Noel C. Turner, CPA is the owner of his own CPA form and serves as the CFO of CAFCA. With more than 25 years of experience in governmental auditing and accounting, he brings with him a wealth of healthcare finance knowledge.
Hannah Beth grew up in Mercer County and graduated from Western Kentucky University. She is the Marketing Coordinator for CAFCA and grant writer for the non-profit, CAFCA Cares. She enjoys doing yoga, reading, playing with her dog, and spending time with her friends & family.
