Kayla started working with children as a mentor and quickly developed a passion for it. She spent 6 years working with special needs children in elementary schools, and has decided to continue serving children and families with CAFCA. She lives in Lancaster, KY with her husband Ryan and their 3 children. Her hobbies include crafting, and spending time with her family! 

CRICKETT RAVIZEE

Crickett completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Eastern Kentucky University in August 2026. She plans to pursue certification in art therapy and has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients and incorporating creative approaches into mental health care. She is married, has two sons, and several pets. In her free time, Crickett enjoys creating art and spending time with her family and animals.

GABRIELLE HUGHES​

Gabby is a senior at Eastern Kentucky University studying Social Work with a minor in Psychology. She will graduate in December 2026 and plans to continue through the Advanced Standing MSW program. Her goal is to become an EMDR-certified trauma therapist while continuing to be involved in advocacy. Outside of school and my career goals, I love spending time outdoors and exploring national parks. Most importantly, I love being a mom to my two toddlers.
